Ventilators

As a most wanted intensive care equipment for life support, Ventilators support the breathing process of critically ill patients who had lost the ability to breathe on their own. Their main functions include getting oxygen into the lungs and removing carbon dioxide from the body, aiding the respiration process.

They are often used for short periods, such as during a surgery. It helps to make sure that the patient continues breathing during critical surgeries. Some patients may need to use ventilators long term or for the rest of their lives. Such ventilators are compatible even outside the hospital, i.e., in care facilities or at home.
